San Francisco Herb Co. is a locally based distributor of gourmet spices, herbs, essential oils, and green tea in San Francisco's vibrant Mission District. San Francisco Herb Co. desperately needed a new brand identity and website redesign. Our vision was cultivating a brand identity aligned with the lively and hip customer base while creating a seamless customer journey for its website.
Research Phase
We incorporated market research, customer insights, and search trends during the research phase to build a strong customer profile. This target audience serves as a north star for the design process and website structure.
We developed a persona to aid in branding and target marketing tactics. Ultimately, the final deliverable was a brand new brand identity with communication guidelines and different levers to better communicate to its ideal customer.
